MAIN EVENT
WWA World Heavyweight Title
Pete Jackson (with Chris Champion)
vs.
John Cena

Cena got a standing ovation as he walked out to the ring while Jackson
was littered with boos and even trash. Jackson returned the favor by
insulting the Seattle fans. The match was great and Cena looked
wonderful and showed he CAN 'wrestle'. Jackson showed after all the
years he was a hero to everyone, he is even better as a villain. The match
had many near endings, but it came down to the end, with Cena kicking out
at a close three count with the bell, ending and the match at a 60 min
draw. Jackson strangely asked for "five more minutes". Everyone agreed.
Cena would pin Jackson within three minutes for the victory...BUT

Chris Champion took the mic and reminded everyone, no WWA World Title can
change hands, AFTER the time limit as expired. Terry Taylor confirmed
that was true. Jackson and Champion mocked and laughed at Cena. The fan
were EXTREMELY upset. Cena wins, Jackson retains.

Career Match
The Loser will Retire from Wrestling
Shawn Michaels vs. Brandon Myers

The best friends turned enemy match up was action packed from start to
finish. Myers attacked Michaels before the bell and pounded his former
friend. The crowd begins to solidly back Shawn Michaels, which seemed to
really tick off Myers. From there the match became a pure classic,
possibly the match of this short decade. The end came at 39:26 when
Myers hit Michael with three Attitude Adjustments in a row. Myers then
looked at his fallen former friend and a tear came to his eye. He finally
went for the cover and The Heartbreak Kid's career came to an end. Myers
helped Shawn to his feet and the two hugged once again at peace with each
other. Marty Jannetty joined his former partner in the ring and said
if Shawn was retiring, so was he. Michaels, Jannetty and Myers all hugged
in the middle of the ring. Jannetty and Myers left Shawn in the ring so he
could say his final far well to the PWA fans.

I was 19 when I started this stuff and when I was 23 I started on TV. The idea of being 45 and not coming on the TV every week, will be a little tough.

I gotta think Brandon for being my friend when NO ONE wanted me around. I was not always an easy person to be around back in the 90's, but he was there. It's tough to find real friendships in this sport. I know we been "mad" at each other the past few months, but Brandon Myers I love you brother.

I gotta think Marty too. If not for him, I would not be standing here today. Brother, we been together for all those years. The Midnight Rockers were the best. Thanks for being a real friend for the past 25 years.

I got to say a thank you for John Fredrickson for allowing me to become a singles wrestler. He believed in me. Thanks to Chris Champion, Vince McMahon and Terry Taylor. All three of you guys were great bosses and you put up with my crap.

Thanks to my family and my wife Rebecca and my kids Cameron and Cheyenne. I love you. And I can't forget the man who trained me, Jose Lothario!

And last and NOT least I got to think you, my fans so much for the honor and privilege of letting me show off for you every night. Its been a damn good ride for the past 27 years.

Ladies and Gentleman The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels has left the building.

Cue "Sexy Boy"...One last time...
